“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” - Marcel Proust
At Christ the King Lutheran Church, we offer a variety of ways to learn, explore, and discover. Don't see an option that fits you? We welcome your suggestions and the opportunity to create something new together!
Lutheran worship is not about what we do, but what God does for us. We respond in prayer and praise, and God meets us where we are. Wherever you may be in your life, we invite you to worship with our community on Sundays.
Labyrinth walking is a powerful tool for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer.
Walk the path slowly to quiet the mind and focus on a spiritual question or prayer. The labyrinth is open by appointment only. Call us to schedule a time that works for you or your group.
Music is often called the
“language of the spirit.”
Come sing with us on Sundays!
If you have other musical skills to share, let’s explore the possibilities together!
Place pantry items in our Sunday collection baskets to help those in need. Join us to fill holiday bags of necessities for local families. Contribute to our existing programs or suggest something new. Your help and ideas are always welcome.
Receiving the sacraments is one reason many people return to the church. The sacraments offer every one of us a way to relate to God at every phase in our lives—to praise, to worship, and to nourish and express our Lutheran faith.
Whether you are seeking new friends, questioning your beliefs, searching for meaning, looking for a helping hand, or simply want to be part of an authentic, caring, and open community, we invite you to connect in whatever way feels right to you.
And don't forget fellowship!
(We're Lutherans — of course we have snacks to share!)
